Job summary

Landscape Workshop is seeking an Account Manager in Florida to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts. The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer relationships, and hands-on management to deliver outstanding client experiences.

The Account Manager oversees maintenance crews, allocates resources, and ensures safety and quality across projects, reporting to the General Manager. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing landscape maintenance crews and working directly with customers.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (or equivalent industry experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of assigned crews, coordinating shared resources.
• Build strong customer relationships through communication and site visits.
• Allocate resources including scheduling, crews, equipment, and repairs.
• Support crew leaders with horticulture training and conflict resolution.
• Maintain a safe working environment for employees and clients.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement services and manage budgets/timelines.
• Track team hours, expenses, and assist with client meetings and proposals.
