Job summary

Raise Landscaping Group is hiring Account Managers and Supervisors across South Florida. You own a book of commercial properties end to end: the client relationship, the crews on the ground, the quality of the work and the health of the contract.

You will be the main point of contact for property managers and board directors, walking sites to spot issues before they arise and pricing enhancements to meet contract requirements. Advancement from account manager to senior roles is available.

Qualifications

• Commercial landscape experience as an account manager, supervisor, crew leader, or operations lead.
• Comfort with numbers: reading contracts, tracking hours against budget, explaining a price.
• Experience with Aspire, the platform we run our properties, crews and billing on, is a strong plus.
• A valid Florida driver license and a clean driving record.
• English and Spanish is an advantage, though not required for every territory.

What we offer

• A base salary of 70,000 to 80,000 US dollars per year, plus a percentage of the gross profit on every enhancement job you sell. Most account managers earn 100,000 US dollars or more in their first year.
• A company vehicle, fuel and equipment to cover your territory.

• Advancement from account manager to senior account manager to branch leadership across six divisions.
