Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Miami, FL is seeking an Account Manager to manage an existing portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts. You’ll build relationships with property managers, HOAs, condo associations, and other commercial clients to ensure service quality and drive growth.

Ideal candidates bring enhancement sales and estimating experience, with a track record of working with property managers or commercial clients. Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

• Experience working with property managers, HOAs, or commercial clients.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
• Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, condo associations, and commercial clients.
• Conduct site visits and ensure service quality meets client expectations.
• Identify and sell enhancement projects that add value for customers; drive client retention and account growth.
• Partner closely with operations teams to deliver exceptional service.
