Exclusive Landscaping Group, serving residential and commercial clients in Florida, seeks a Landscaping Account Manager in Vero Beach to lead client relationships and daily service operations. You will coordinate maintenance crews and collaborate with irrigation, agronomy, and arbor care teams to ensure high-quality service.

Formación

• Proven experience in customer account management within commercial landscaping.
• Operations management experience in commercial landscape industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred.
• Conversational Spanish language proficiency a plus.
• Appropriate industry certifications (NALP, irrigation license, applicators license) a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture strong client relationships with proactive communication.
• Deliver excellent customer service and educate clients on horticultural practices.
• Conduct landscape quality assessments and recommend property improvements.
• Assist clients in property improvements plans and annual budgets.
• Lead a team of 12-25 employees across 3-5 landscape maintenance crews.
• Manage daily operations to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with enhancement, irrigation, agronomy, and arbor care divisions to ensure seamless execution of all services provided to the customers in your portfolio.
