Job summary

Richelieu is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative to grow our dealer segment in the Tampa area. You will manage relationships, conduct consultative sales, and drive sales growth with premium Richelieu solutions.

Candidates should have outside sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to schedule and manage their own time. Travel within the territory is expected; Richelieu offers competitive compensation with commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience selling to Kitchen & Bath dealers or similar segments.
• Strong consultative sales approach with ability to grow accounts.
• Proficient in CRM usage and basic analytics for account planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel for reporting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities with Kitchen & Bath dealers in your territory.
• Conduct structured consultative sales discussions to position Richelieu solutions.
• Grow territory through new customer acquisition and existing relationships.
• Analyze buying patterns and become the preferred supplier.
• Provide exceptional customer service and become a one-stop shop.
• Stay updated on Richelieu products and market conditions.
• Maintain CRM data and generate regular reports.
