Fastenal Co. in Batesville, MS is seeking a Full-time Account Specialist to advance sales and customer service by building relationships and matching products to customer needs.

This role serves our branch located at 190 Corporate Dr, Batesville, MS 38606. You will develop and execute a local sales plan, support the branch's key accounts, and grow an assigned book of business while working with teammates to ensure branch success.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with ability to meet driving record requirements for company vehicle use
• Business/Marketing degree or related industry experience and knowledge of the local market
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Demonstrate strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that weigh 25lbs-50lbs and up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (US, Puerto Rico and Guam)

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a sales plan in a local territory to reach and exceed sales goals
• Support the day-to-day needs of the branch's key accounts
• Work directly with key accounts
• Grow and maintain an assigned book of business
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success
