Alleviation is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined individual to enter the dynamic field of sales. This entry-level role offers extensive training and support for newcomers and seasoned pros alike. You’ll thrive with dedication, resilience, adaptability, and a focus on helping people.

The position is an outside direct sales role focusing on your dedicated territory, meeting business owners and decision-makers, and presenting leading supplemental insurance products to businesses and employees.

Competenze

• Entry-level position with comprehensive training.
• Must have driver's license and reliable transportation.
• License as Health & Life Insurance Producer in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or relevant sales/athletic background).

Mansioni

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit businesses to establish relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Present products to small groups (50–100+ attendees) when required.
• Record weekly activities and progress toward targets.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly sales goals.
