Job summary

Alleviation is expanding its sales team with a program oriented toward autonomy, balance, and growth. You will undergo immersive training combining online learning with mentorship in your territory, with no prior sales experience required.

You will engage with business owners and employees to present high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations, shaping your local territory's future.

Qualifications

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience (within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years with relevant sales/athletic background considered).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships with owners and referrers.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio and hit monthly quotas.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
