Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside direct sales professional for a dedicated territory. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support as you promote supplemental insurance products to small and medium businesses and their employees.

You will meet with business owners and decision-makers, present products to groups up to 100, and build a portfolio with ongoing professional development and clear performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Strong dedication to helping people and a resilient, adaptable mindset.
• Must be able to meet pre-employment background checks.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation; license in resident state or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client networks within territory.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Visit new businesses and foster relationships to develop a client portfolio.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with supervisor support and plan weekly schedules.
