Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a self-motivated sales professional to join a comprehensive training program. You will manage a local territory, meet with business owners, and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions.

You will gain hands-on field experience, participate in mentorship, and build a growing client portfolio through in-person visits, calls, and presentations for groups of 5 to 50+ employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school sales/athletic background.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Visit businesses to develop relationships with owners.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager.
• Nurture your client portfolio.
