Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined individual to enter the dynamic field of outside direct sales. This entry-level role focuses on territory development, meeting with owners and decision-makers, and selling supplemental insurance products and services.

You will receive comprehensive classroom and field training, with ongoing support as you build your client portfolio, drive meetings, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience, including relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers for product presentations.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your sales manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
