Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined individual to join its outside direct sales team. This entry-level role trains you to sell supplemental insurance to small and mid-sized businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers in your territory.

You will learn your products through a comprehensive training program, enjoy flexible scheduling, and have the opportunity to advance as you build your own client portfolio and hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to build leads and expand your client network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Personally visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners and decision-makers.
• Record daily sales activities and progress; report to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
