Job summary

Summit Business Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to proactively build relationships with business owners and stakeholders in your territory. You will present tailored supplemental insurance solutions, work with clients in person and online, and travel to meet key decision-makers for sales opportunities.

The role offers autonomy, ongoing training, weekly pay with bonuses, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive, family‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably outside sales.
• Ability to conduct full training cycles, in‑person and online.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• A desire to help and empower clients with insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients to upsell insurance.
• Manage your own sales calendar and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Present tailored insurance solutions and provide ongoing client support.
