Altitude Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant to build relationships with business owners and managers, presenting supplemental insurance products and securing a strong book of business within your assigned territory.

You will manage your own schedule, work in a dynamic team environment, and have the opportunity to earn through bonuses and commissions while advancing through professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain; licensing reimbursement offered.
• Ability to manage your own time and work a 40-hour week.
• Strong drive, resilience, and motivation to overcome objections.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and managers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients for re-servicing.
• Set follow-up appointments to review clients’ needs.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss monthly and quarterly targets.
• Present product demonstrations to employee groups of 50–100+ people.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and report them weekly.
• Balance cold lead generation with warm leads.
