Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level sales professional to join our outside direct sales team in Texas. You will target small and mid-sized businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products for employees.

Expect comprehensive training, a performance-based environment, and multiple compensation components including draws, commissions, and bonuses. A valid driver’s license and license readiness support are required or offered.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• License as Health & Life Insurance Producer in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit businesses, build relationships with owners, follows up on referrals and re-service clients.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager; record daily activity.
