Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to cover a dedicated Temple, TX territory. You will train with experienced sales teams, drive new client acquisition, and present industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and their employees.

Expect a fast-paced environment with ongoing coaching and performance rewards. You will schedule in-person meetings, manage a growing client portfolio, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Proven track record in sales or athletic leadership roles with quota attainment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote territory.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate and manage leads and clients.
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Develop and nurture a local client portfolio and referrals within the territory.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Record daily activity and progress; plan and optimize weekly schedule.
