Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business in a dedicated territory. You will conduct in-person visits to small and mid-size businesses, presenting top-tier supplemental insurance products, and building long-term relationships with owners and decision-makers.

You will receive comprehensive training, utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, and collaborate with a driven sales team to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses.
• Meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers to present insurance products.
• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and track sales activity.
• Schedule meetings and manage weekly/quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and re-service existing clients.
