Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is hiring a new sales professional to join a comprehensive training program combining online coursework with field mentorship. You will manage a local territory, meet business owners, and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions to small and mid-size companies.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. Prior sales experience is welcome but not required, with licensing support available.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build quick connections
• Track record of resilience and exceeding sales expectations in various roles
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work independently
• Background in sports coaching or leadership is a plus

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client network within your territory
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals
• Nurture and expand your own client portfolio
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets
• Plan and submit weekly schedule to your manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
