Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks a disciplined sales professional to join a comprehensive training program blending online classes with hands-on field experience in your assigned area. You will learn basic sales cycles and advanced techniques through mentorship from a field trainer.

You will manage a local territory, meeting with owners and decision-makers, presenting tailored supplemental insurance solutions to individuals and groups of 5–50+ employees.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect quickly.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to manage time and work independently to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and grow your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your team to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and submit your weekly schedule to your manager; track daily activity.
