Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our comprehensive training program, blending online coursework with hands-on field mentoring in your assigned territory. Your field trainer will cover basic sales cycles and advanced techniques.

You will manage your local territory, meeting business owners and decision-makers, and presenting tailored supplemental insurance solutions. Prior sales experience helps but is not required as we train the right person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience required, or equivalent.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• License to sell Health & Life Insurance in resident state (or willing to obtain; training provided).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses and nurture relationships with owners.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly targets with your team manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily sales activity and progress.
