Alleviation Enterprise seeks a disciplined sales professional to join our training program and drive growth in local markets. You will combine online classes with field training and mentorship in your assigned area, handling in-person meetings with owners and decision-makers for tailored insurance solutions.

You will manage a local territory, conduct group presentations for 5 to 50+ employees, and build a personal client portfolio while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience appreciated but not required.
• Willing to obtain license if not held.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and develop your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Help set monthly and quarterly sales targets with manager.
• Plan and submit weekly schedule and hours.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
