Alleviation Enterprise is seeking disciplined sales professionals in the United States to join a comprehensive training program and manage a local territory. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions, including group plans for 5 to 50+ employees.

You'll leverage our Salesforce CRM, schedule meetings, and drive growth through in-person engagements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals.
• Develop your own client portfolio and nurture relationships.
• Set monthly/quarterly targets with your sales manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
