Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking motivated sales professionals to join a comprehensive training program blending online classes with hands-on field experiences in your assigned territory. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to introduce tailored supplemental insurance solutions, including group plans for 5 to 50+ employees.

Prior sales experience is valued but we will prioritize training the right person.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (study course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in sales/athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and resell services.
• Develop and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; report to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
