Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is hiring a newly trained sales professional to join a structured program blending online classes with field mentorship in your territory. You will meet with business owners to propose tailored supplemental insurance solutions while learning basic and advanced sales techniques.

You will use our Salesforce CRM to generate leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and present solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with clients quickly.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn through training and mentorship.
• Background in sales or leadership roles is advantageous.
• Must pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build client networks.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio; work toward sales targets.
