Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a newly hired sales professional to join a comprehensive training program. You will manage your local territory, meet with business owners, and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions to groups of 5 to 50+ employees.

You will receive hands-on field mentorship, train in Salesforce CRM, and work with a team to set and achieve monthly/quarterly targets while developing your client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with business owners.
• Comfort with meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage local territory and meet with owners/decision-makers.
• Lead presentations for groups of 5–50+ employees.
• Schedule and attend meetings with clients and sales manager.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
