Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a disciplined sales professional to join our training program, blending online coursework with hands-on field mentoring in your territory. You’ll meet with owners and decision-makers to introduce tailored supplemental insurance solutions and begin to build your client portfolio.

You’ll use Salesforce to manage leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and pursue monthly and quarterly targets with your sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with quick relationship-building.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license in resident state.

Responsibilities

• Manage local territory and meet with owners to present solutions.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and track activity.
• Schedule and attend meetings with clients and team.
• Visit new businesses and build client relationships.
• Work toward monthly/quarterly sales targets with manager.
