Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven sales professional to join our comprehensive training program blending online classes with field mentorship in your territory. You’ll develop basic to advanced sales skills, with in-person meetings with owners and decision-makers to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions.

You'll manage a local territory, conduct group presentations for 5–50+ employees, build your client portfolio, and work with the team to hit monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience in sales or athletics.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
