True North Group LLC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to visit local Colorado businesses, assess client needs, and present our supplemental insurance solutions. You’ll balance in-person visits with strategic phone outreach, supported by Salesforce CRM.

You will cultivate relationships, manage renewals, and guide clients through claims and policy questions, while setting your own hours to fit client schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 4+ years in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify local businesses and schedule discovery meetings.
• Lead tailored benefits presentations for business owners and employee groups.
• Maintain relationships, respond to calls and emails, manage renewals, assist with claims.
• Log interactions and track progress using Salesforce.
