Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach, meet business owners, and present supplemental insurance products within your assigned Arizona territory. You'll train in a structured program and gradually own your book of business.

You’ll thrive if you're a proactive communicator who can build rapport, manage time, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional (post-high school) work experience in outside sales.
• Licensed Health & Life general lines (or willing to obtain) with licensing reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium-sized businesses in your assigned territory.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present insurance products and services.
• Set follow-up appointments to review client needs and discuss solutions.
• Maintain and grow your own book of business.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Work with sales team/manager to discuss monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Balance cold lead generation with warm leads and appointments.
• Attend product presentations with employee groups as needed.
