You will undergo an intensive training program combining online coursework with field mentorship in your territory, focusing on meeting business owners and decision-makers about industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• A strong passion for assisting others, resilience, and a track record of exceeding expectations in sales, athletics, or leadership roles.
• Clearly-defined personal goals, a positive attitude, and optimistic outlook.

• Background in competitive sports, coaching, athletics, or competitive leagues is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with owners, and reservice existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
