Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to cover an assigned territory. You will set appointments, visit business storefronts, and present insurance solutions to decision-makers in the local community.

You will log activities in Salesforce, build your pipeline, earn bonuses and commissions, and have access to hands-on training and flexible hours as you grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience engaging with business owners and presenting solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Licensing readiness for Health & Life general lines within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Identify and set appointments with local business owners.
• Deliver presentations to employee groups (15–75 people).
• Provide ongoing support and guide clients through claims.
• Log activities in Salesforce and manage the sales pipeline.
• Generate referrals and expand book of business.
• Prepare weekly activity reports for management.
