Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined entry-level outside direct sales professional in College Station, TX. You will train to sell supplemental insurance to small and mid-sized businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers, with presentations sometimes for groups of 50–100+.

We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a structured compensation plan featuring weekly draw, commissions, bonuses, and renewal rewards.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years professional sales/athletics experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client base.
• Schedule meetings with owners and decision-makers.
• Present for groups of 50–100+ when required.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with team.
• Manage own schedule and record daily activity.
