Job summary

Hiverecruiter seeks a Territory Sales Manager for an insurance carrier in Jacksonville, FL. You will develop territory sales strategies, build relationships with agents and brokers, recruit new partners, and provide training and support to drive production.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in insurance sales/territory management, strong P&C knowledge, and proven ability to meet sales goals. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and experience with CRM systems is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance sales, territory management, or agency development experience.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales and production goals.
• Strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty insurance market.
• Experience building and managing relationships with independent agents and brokers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a territory independently.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPCU, CIC, and/or an active P&C insurance license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive premium growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, brokers, and agency partners.
• Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand the distribution network.
• Deliver product training, sales support, and ongoing guidance to agency partners.
• Conduct regular agency visits to strengthen relationships and drive production.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and territory performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriting and marketing teams to support agency success.
• Analyze sales results and provide performance updates and strategic recommendations.
