The role requires 5+ years in insurance marketing, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel up to 60% of the time, mixing in-person and virtual meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years insurance marketing experience.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel in assigned territory - 60% travel.

Responsibilities

• Grow the private company management liability lines in the assigned territory.
• Establish a sales culture with the Assistant VP.
• Build strong agent relationships to drive production and growth.
• Manage distribution and negotiate agency appointments.
• Monitor competitors’ offerings and industry issues.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to drive underwriting strategies.
• Travel 60% to meet with agents, in person and virtually.
