Job summary

One Alliance North America Insurance Company seeks a Territory Sales Manager in Florida to manage agency appointments and train agents on products, procedures and underwriting guidelines. You will drive growth by increasing sales through appointed agents, while coordinating forms, IDs, and system access.

The role requires strong communication, training ability, and knowledge of P&C insurance markets; travel within the assigned territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of experience marketing P&C to Independent Agents in designated state.
• Experience marketing homeowners and/or personal auto; commercial lines a plus.
• Experience training and developing agency staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate agency qualifications for appointment and make recommendations.
• Coordinate appointment paperwork between agents and company.
• Conduct agent and regional training sessions.
• Provide audit reports to Sales Management and Underwriting.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, claims and marketing as needed.
