Vital Records Control in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to own a territory, manage an active pipeline, and close to weekly, monthly, and annual quotas. This is an in-office, full-time role with uncapped commissions.

You will build relationships, collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service, and use our CRM to forecast and track opportunities. Strong communication and persistence are required for success.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a quota-carrying inside sales or account management role.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, consultative selling, objection handling, and presentation skills.
• Strong organization and time management; disciplined use of CRM and sales tools.
• High personal integrity and professionalism; team-first attitude.
• Competitive drive with coachability and resilience.

• Prospect, qualify, and close: manage pipeline, run discovery, deliver proposals, negotiate, and close to quotas.
• Own your territory plan: analyze funnel metrics, prioritize opportunities, and adjust tactics.
• Deliver consistent activity: manage inbound leads, outbound outreach, set appointments, and follow up on time.
• Be the product expert: master shred-services portfolio to create solutions, handle objections, and position clear value.
• Partner to win: collaborate with outside sales, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth implementations and client experience.
• Use the CRM rigorously: document activity, forecast accurately, and maintain up-to-date opportunity records.
• Protect relationships: address escalations professionally and resolve issues with leadership support.
