Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close to meet weekly, monthly, and annual quotas.
• Own your territory plan and adjust tactics based on feedback.
• Deliver consistent activity by managing inbound and outbound leads.
• Be the product expert and position clear value for shredding services.
• Partner with outside sales, operations, and customer service.
• Use the CRM rigorously and forecast accurately.
• Address escalations professionally with leadership support.
