Option Care Health seeks a Specialty Sales Representative to promote infusion capabilities across physician offices within the assigned territory. You will drive demand to fill ambulatory clinics and build in-person call plans with CRM support to monitor progress.

Collaborating with operations, clinical and admin teams, you will ensure high patient referrals, strong customer satisfaction, and proactive expansion as new therapies enter the market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of B2B or healthcare sales experience with referrals.
• Demonstrated success in infusion center, specialty pharmacy or related healthcare.
• CRM experience to track sales activity and customer engagement.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory 90%.

Responsabilités

• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with targeted physician offices and referral sources to increase patient referrals to Option Care Health.
• Deliver persuasive and strategic sales presentations to physicians, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
• Partner with clinical and administrative staff to promote infusion services.
• Execute daily face-to-face sales calls, maintaining activity levels as outlined in the sales plan.
• Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure superior customer service and support patient onboarding.
