Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is recruiting a Specialty Sales Representative to promote infusion capabilities across specialties and to travel within the assigned territory in Florida. You will build call plans, use the CRM, and coordinate with operations to ensure high referral satisfaction and onboarding.

The role requires healthcare or B2B sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 90% of the time. A driver’s license is essential, with a focus on growing referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B or healthcare sales.
• CRM experience and ability to travel within the territory (90%).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with targeted physician offices and referral sources to increase patient referrals.
• Deliver persuasive and strategic sales presentations to physicians, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
• Partner with clinical and administrative staff to promote infusion services.
• Execute daily face-to-face sales calls as per the sales plan.
• Document all sales activities in the CRM in a timely, accurate manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure superior customer service and patient onboarding.
