Job summary

Quad Recruitment seeks a Specialty Infusion Manager to own the Toledo territory, building relationships with physicians, clinics and payors to drive referrals for chronic and IVIG infusion patients and ensure ongoing engagement with care teams.

You will run provider meetings, plan territory strategy, coordinate with pharmacy, nursing and intake, and support sales and marketing to raise awareness of the infusion service while keeping patients on therapy without delays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year selling home infusion services is required.
• Existing relationships with physicians, clinics or payors in the territory.
• History of hitting revenue and referral targets.
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes.
• Comfortable working independently on the road most of the week.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience counts.

Responsibilities

• Win referrals for chronic and IVIG therapies from physicians, clinics and payors.
• Plan territory – decide where to spend time, which accounts to grow, where new business is.
• Run provider meetings, presentations and in-service education.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, nursing and intake to start therapy smoothly.
• Support sales and marketing efforts to raise awareness of the infusion service.
• Sort out service issues quickly to maintain the relationship.
• Keep call reports, expenses and sales activity up to date.
• Stay current on disease states, therapies and reimbursement rules.
