Quad Recruitment is recruiting a Specialty Infusion Manager to own the Toledo territory for a national home infusion provider. You will build relationships with physicians, clinics and payors to drive referrals and ensure patients receive coordinated infusion care through our pharmacy, nursing and intake teams.

You will plan territory investments, run provider meetings, and support sales and marketing efforts while staying current on disease states and reimbursement rules.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year selling home infusion services.
• Existing relationships with physicians, clinics or payors in the territory.
• Track record of meeting revenue and referral targets.
• Working knowledge of healthcare reimbursement.
• Willing to travel and work on the road most of the week.

Responsabilidades

• Win referrals for chronic and IVIG therapies from physicians, clinics and payors.
• Plan territory efforts: where to spend time and accounts to grow.
• Run provider meetings, presentations and in-service education.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake and ops to start therapy smoothly.
• Support sales and marketing to raise awareness of the infusion service.
• Resolve service issues quickly to maintain relationships.
• Keep call reports, expenses and sales activity up to date.
• Stay current on disease states, therapies and reimbursement rules.
