Job summary

Quad Recruitment is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager (Sales) to drive referral growth in the Cincinnati area. You will build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, payors, and healthcare partners to generate referrals for chronic infusion therapies and IVIG.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to sell healthcare services and build provider relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and territory management abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and payors to generate referrals for chronic infusion and IVIG therapies.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction.
• Drive territory growth and revenue performance, achieving net revenue and profit goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the region.
• Participate in sales meetings, provider education sessions, and in-service presentations.
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic growth plans.
• Address customer service issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support managed care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation including call reports, expense reports, and territory activity updates.
• Stay informed on disease states, infusion therapies, and reimbursement policies.
