Job summary

Quad Recruitment is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager (Sales) to drive referral growth for a rapidly growing national home infusion provider in the Chicago area. The role focuses on building relationships with clinics, physicians, payors, and healthcare partners to generate referrals for chronic infusion therapies and IVIG treatments, ensuring seamless patient care.

You will collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations, manage territory performance, and develop strategic growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or healthcare or related field.
• At least 2 years sales experience in home infusion is preferred.
• Ability to build strong provider relationships and drive referrals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and payors to generate referrals.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure quality service.
• Drive territory growth and revenue performance to meet goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the region.
• Participate in sales meetings and provider education sessions.
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic growth plans.
• Address customer service issues promptly and maintain client relationships.
• Support managed care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions when needed.
• Maintain call reports, expense reports, and territory activity updates.
• Stay informed on disease states, infusion therapies, and reimbursement policies.
