Crawford Thomas Recruiting in Carmel, IN is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager to drive Chronic and IVIG patient referrals across a defined territory. You will collaborate with clinics, physicians, payors, and internal teams to deliver seamless service and grow revenue.

The role combines healthcare business development, relationship management, and territory strategy, with accountability for revenue growth, market share expansion, and delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven business development and customer service experience
• 2+ years infusion services or related healthcare experience preferred
• Strong ability to sell healthcare services
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clinics, physicians, and payors to generate patient referrals
• Drive Chronic and IVIG referral growth within the assigned territory
• Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Work toward net revenue and profit (EBITDA) goals
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and in-service presentations
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic plans
• Address customer service issues and maintain strong client satisfaction
• Support managed care initiatives and pricing submissions
• Maintain accurate call reports, expense reports, and other documentation
• Build knowledge of relevant disease states, drug therapies, and reimbursement policies
• Assist with staff training and continuous improvement initiatives
