Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager to drive Chronic and IVIG referral growth in the St. Louis market. You will build relationships with physicians, clinics, payors, and care teams to support patient care.

Ideal candidates have healthcare sales or business development experience, with 2+ years in home infusion or related settings, and IVIG/SCIG experience preferred. This role offers a base salary range of $90k–$120k plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven healthcare sales or business development experience required.
2+ years of home infusion, specialty infusion, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare experience preferred.
Chronic infusion and IVIG / SCIG experience strongly preferred.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, specialists, and payors.
Drive Chronic and IVIG patient referrals throughout the territory.
Grow territory revenue, profitability, referrals, and market share.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic growth initiatives.
Analyze territory performance and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams.
Maintain strong referral relationships while supporting the patient experience.
