Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 base salary + commission

Position Overview
We’re seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager to drive Chronic and IVIG patient referrals within a defined territory. You’ll build and manage relationships with clinics, physicians, and payors while partnering closely with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams.
This role combines healthcare business development, relationship management, and territory strategy, with responsibility for supporting revenue growth, expanding market share, and delivering a strong customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with clinics, physicians, and payors to generate patient referrals
- Drive Chronic and IVIG referral growth within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Work toward net revenue and profit (EBITDA) goals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and in-service presentations
- Analyze territory performance and develop strategic plans
- Address customer service issues and maintain strong client satisfaction
- Support managed care initiatives and pricing submissions
- Maintain accurate call reports, expense reports, and other documentation
- Build knowledge of relevant disease states, drug therapies, and reimbursement policies
- Assist with staff training and continuous improvement initiatives

- Confident communication and conceptual thinking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in infusion services or a related healthcare field
- Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement policies
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
