TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading provider of engineered industrial equipment serving customers across the Southeast. This Territory Manager role is based in Forest Park, GA and focuses on Southwest Georgia.

You will manage a $1.5M book of business, develop new opportunities, conduct on-site visits, recommend compressors, blowers, pumps and engineered solutions, and build relationships with plant managers, engineers and operations leaders while driving maintenance contracts and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related)
• 3+ years of industry experience selling, servicing, supporting, or engineering compressors, blowers, pumps, or related equipment
• Strong compressor and compressed air system knowledge
• Experience with blowers, pumps, vacuum systems, or rotating equipment
• Ability to interpret customer needs and recommend solutions
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow an established $1.5M territory.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct customer site visits and evaluate applications.
• Recommend compressors, blowers, pumps, and engineered solutions.
• Build relationships with plant managers, maintenance managers, engineers, and operations leaders.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical recommendations.
• Partner with engineering and service teams.
• Drive maintenance contracts, upgrades, and replacement opportunities.
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasting, and customer relationships.
