Job summary

YER USA in Georgia is seeking a Regional Manager to develop and grow the assigned territory. The ideal candidate has a technical background and a hunter mentality to close deals with a longer sales cycle in industrial combustion, emissions testing equipment and accompanying software solutions.

The role reports to the Director of Sales and includes direct sales, channel development, and CRM management. Expect travel of about one week per month, with a focus on building strategy to hit quotas and

Qualifications

• Experience selling in industrial markets.
• Ability to understand end-user applications and present solutions.
• Team player with independence and drive.
• Ability to learn new technologies and present them to customers and management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Ability to represent the company at trade shows and technical groups.

Responsibilities

• Work through various sales channels to sell industrial combustion, emissions testing equipment and accompanying software solutions.
• Direct sales and cold calling; from small companies to international organizations.
• Develop a sales plan and strategy for reaching sales quota.
• Introduce products to existing and new markets.
• Manage CRM and provide regular sales reports.
• Frequent travel throughout territory (about one week per month).
• Responsible for effective technical presentations and product demonstrations as part of the sales effort and customer relationships.
• Increase/maximize sales to existing accounts while establishing new accounts (70/30 ratio).
