Job summary

Tri-Lift Industries, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across assigned regions. You will grow revenue and profitability by consulting with customers, promoting our material handling equipment and solutions, and expanding the service portfolio.

You will own market development, build lasting relationships, and work under a setup that includes flexible wages, benefits, and a company vehicle program. This role requires a four-year degree and a proven sales record.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree is required or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum of 4 years proven sales success in a B2B environment.
• Consultative sales approach with ability to build relationships.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales quota for target customers and markets.
• Market and promote all equipment and services offered by the company.
• Create new accounts and maintain existing account base.
• Conduct equipment audits and needs surveys for customers.
• Track and report sales activities using CRM and tools.
• Develop proposals and present quotes for equipment and aftermarket services.
• Execute sales campaigns and participate in trainings and meetings.
