Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the Implants MIS line in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will aggressively prospect, qualify, and convert new accounts while expanding current wallet share and building a robust pipeline through disciplined outreach and local market activation.

You will represent the Implants MIS value, educate customers, and drive adoption while traveling extensively to cover the territory and achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven success in B2B, dental, medical device, or value-based sales.
• Experience selling into dental implant or specialty dental environments preferred.
• Strong hunter mindset with the ability to build demand in underpenetrated markets.
• Ability to sell value-based solutions and differentiate against competitors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline documentation.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert new customers within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow current customer share of wallet wherever possible.
• Build and manage a robust territory pipeline through cold outreach, visits, referrals, and events.
• Position the Implants MIS value line as a compelling solution for clinics.
• Develop account-specific conversion strategies and overcome adoption barriers.
• Collaborate on clinical education strategies using local and national resources.
• Conduct product presentations and office demonstrations linking value to growth.
• Drive trial, adoption, and repeat utilization with clear next steps.
